Create a website using a Content Management System or Editor recommended by workIT online. There are many online web design tools available for you to do this but, in keeping with my aim to be your guide and filter, I have researched and tested a range of them and recommend (and support) 5.
Which one you choose depends on your budget and the functionality you need on your website.

Sitewalk is the editor that comes with our Online Business Packages. This is the ideal system to use and, if you can afford it you should use it above all others. It is much more than a website editor - it's a full-on Online Business manager! It's an integrated system that runs your website, email marketing campaigns, online shop and customer database from one central place.

Web Hosting Packages
Web Builder is a straightforward and easy to use online web builder that we chose as an entry level system to create a website. Although you are able to easily create and edit your site using 'point andclick'; it is not as sophisticated as Sitewalk. We provide a News Manager system with Web Builder for email marketing but they are two separate programmes and are not integrated. This is an ideal entry level web builder.

Open Source Solutions
Joomla! is an award-winning open source content management system(CMS), which enables you to build Web sites and powerful online applications. Many aspects, including its ease-of-use and extensibility, have made Joomla! the most popular open-source Web site software available. Joomla! can be used for anything from the most simple website to a full-on Internet Portal. The main disadvantages of it when comparing it to SiteWalk, is that it is not automatically upgraded to the latest version, the add-ons are developed by different people so there can be compatibility and integration issues.

WordPress is the system to use if you're setting up a Blog. It is is a state-of-the-art publishing platform with a focus on aesthetics, web standards, and usability. WordPress is also open-source software. It's what you use when you want to work with your blogging software, not fight it.

You can also have osCommerce, Zen Cart or Drupal installed but we do not offer support for these.
